Requirements for Finance
We require the following for an application for finance:
• Completed application form – available on our website as mentioned above
• Bank Statements – last 6 months
• List of assets & liabilities of Owner(s), Member(s), or Director(s)
• Latest Audited Financial Statements –
NOT REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
• Management Accounts if Financial Statements are older than 6 months
• ID’s of directors / members of the business – Please scan & email to ensure clarity)
• Registration document of the applicant / business
• Proof of Income Tax
• Proof of VAT registration
Requirements for Applications on Private Individuals:
• Please contact us to send you a different application form
• 4 Months bank Statements
• Copy of ID – please scan & email to ensure clarity
• Copy of Payslip
• Copy of cheque (if not savings account)
